How Exhale delivers luxury perfumes, niche fragrances, and designer scents across Pakistan — from checkout to your door.

Overview

Exhale is a luxury perfume and fragrance brand focused on authentic eau de parfum, oud, and curated scents. This shipping policy explains how we fulfil online perfume orders, estimated delivery windows, and how we protect fragile glass bottles during transit so your purchase arrives ready to wear.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Pakistan to major cities and towns served by our courier partners (including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, and more). If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us at contact@exhale.com before placing your order.

International shipping for luxury fragrances may be introduced in the future; any updates will be posted on this page and on our shop collection pages.

Processing time

Online perfume orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons — Eid, wedding season, or major sales on designer and niche perfumes — processing may take up to an additional business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your fragrance order ships.

Delivery timeframes

  • Major metros: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Other cities and towns: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on courier routing.

These are estimates only; weather, courier volume, and remote locations can affect delivery of your luxury perfume order. Use our order history and tracking details where available, or email support for assistance.

Shipping fees & free shipping

Standard shipping charges apply to most orders. Free shipping is applied automatically when your cart subtotal reaches Rs. 5,000 or more (before coupons, where applicable), so you can stock up on signature scents, layering fragrances, or gift sets without a delivery fee.

Promotional free-shipping campaigns may run during marketing events; terms will be shown at checkout for perfume and fragrance purchases.

Packaging & fragile goods

Perfume bottles are fragile. We use protective materials and branded packaging designed to minimise movement and absorb shock in transit. Each luxury fragrance is inspected before dispatch. If you receive a damaged bottle, photograph the package and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review your case.

Order tracking

After your order ships, tracking information may be shared by email or available in your account under Orders. Tracking for fragrance deliveries depends on our logistics partner; some updates may lag by several hours.

Address accuracy

Please enter a complete, correct shipping address at checkout. Delays or returns caused by incorrect addresses may incur additional courier fees. For high-value niche perfume orders, we recommend a daytime delivery address where someone can receive the parcel.

Failed delivery & returns to sender

If a courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to Exhale. We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply) or a refund according to our returns policy where eligible.
